How Does the Program Work?

The process is straightforward:

  

  1. Speak with VSD to determine if your practice qualifies.
  2. Implement VSD testing and related services.
  3. Increase ancillary-based EBITDA to $1 million or more.
  4. Build the practice to meet buyer requirements.
  5. Sell when you want and for the price that makes sense for you.


The full process typically takes 13–15 months.

Is There Any Risk?

No.


  • You get a 6-month trial period.
  • There is zero cost for the first 6 months.
  • You can leave after 6 months if you choose and any obligation will be eliminated.
  • The 6-month period allows you to confirm that the program performs as promised.

Who Are the Buyers?

The VSD buyers are primary, however, you will also be anonymously listed (at no cost) through Zenyte Holdings and Accretive Deals. All buying structures will rely on the VSD revenue/EBITDA increase model.   

VSD Buyers

VSD has direct relationships with healthcare buyers who are actively looking for practices built to spec for which they will pay 8-12x EBITDA.

Zenyte Holdings

Zenyte specializes in healthcare “roll-ups,” combining 2–20 practices or more into one larger group.


Practices in roll-ups often receive higher valuations than single-practice sales. Depending on the structure, Zenyte Holdings may be able to obtain for you a higher multiple. You do what is best for your practice. 

Accretive Deals (Affiliated With HPS)

Accretive Deals has access to thousands of buyers and you anonymously listing on this platform will be used more for exposure and leverage. Accretive is an AI-driven platform that is state of the art and will allow your practice to be AI compliant.
